The facility was clean, however, our only complaint would be that the beds were very small. The breakfast offered a nice selection, and the food was always plentiful and fresh. The front desk host was very accommodating with anything we needed as well. We enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean .and the people who work there are up n beyond friendly n helpful . The pool n hot tub were awesome. Breakfast was nice n they kept it stocked n hotel was packed. Coffee 24/7 good coffee too. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 I love that . Overall I highly recommend this place.

Location is great! So easy to get to the highways and to Downtown Sycamore and to Downtown DeKalb. The employees were all great and friendly. Breakfast was great and open for a while which was awesome so it was never crowded when we went into the dining area.

My car broke down driving cross country so I had a of downtime at the Quality Inn. I got in very late and the staff was attentive and helpful with fixing my reservation that had been made for the next night since I got in after midnight. From there, they were so hospitable and allowed me to stay in the breakfast room far after my reservation expired. When I needed transportation to the train in the next town over, Mike at the front desk made sure to call every possible taxi in the area to get me a lift. After I had left my headphones in the taxi, Mike called me later that day to make sure that I had gotten them from the driver. That's care. Highly recommend this place if you are passing through and need a place to stay.

Rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The staff members were friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of food choices. We didn't use the pool, but there were always people in there having a good time.

Breakfast was super. Could use sugar free syrup as well as regular. Pool was great. A little chilly for the older generation. Was very disappointed the hot was wasn’t being used but I understand why - covid 19
